Can you repair a roof without replacing it?
Often, yes. A local fault such as a damaged tile or failed flashing may only need a targeted repair. We assess the condition of the roof and explain when a repair is appropriate and when replacement is worth considering.
Do you take on small repairs?
Yes. Our work includes individual tile and ridge repairs as well as larger roofing projects. Tell us what you’ve noticed and we’ll discuss the next step.
What does a quote include?
We explain the work, materials and access equipment needed before the job starts. Let us know about the property and the problem so we can arrange an assessment where necessary.
Can you work on older or listed buildings?
Our experience includes period properties, churches and heritage buildings. We consider suitable materials and detailing for the property. Any necessary permissions must be agreed before work starts.
Can I see the work that has been carried out?
Before and after photographs can be provided where required. Please discuss this with us when arranging your repair.
